This presentation will explore the real opportunities professionals have to encourage donors/clients to donate tangible assets and show how those donations can benefit the receiving organizations while effecting an increase in the donor’s retirement and tax positions. Attendees will be learn: How to determine what things can and should a donor/client give and share with a charity; the financial effect on the donor/client contrasting donation vs. selling a rare item; and some interesting “How To” notions for donating tangible items.
