AFP Central Florida holds monthly chapter meetings. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month.
This month's meeting time is 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM.

The charge for attending this event is:

Leadership In The Nonprofit Sector

As leaders in the nonprofit sector we are often challenged by strategic and tactical decisions, ethic and efficacy and leading, motivating, and holding other accountable. Regardless of the role you play in an organization, you're compelled to ask hard questions and drive the mission forward each day for the benefit of our community, culture, environment and more. April's luncheon will feature insights, tips and perhaps, warning shared by carefully selected Past Presidents of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. This panel will focus on the topics of ethical leadership, managing up and down, decision making, holding other accountable, and the very real distinctions between leadership and management. Participants will walk away from this session having received practical, applicable advice - you don not want to miss this one!
