You will join us at a pivotal moment, near the end of the leadership gifts phase of a carefully planned, multi-year campaign to raise $500 million to benefit UCF. Develops and implements yearly strategic fundraising plans in collaboration with the Assistant Vice President for Advancement, Corporate and Foundation Relations and works in coordination with the Executive Director of Limbitless Solutions Inc. This position identifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards major gifts in support of the strategic programs priorities for corporations and foundations and Limbitless Solutions Inc. Salary is competitive. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and six years of appropriate experience. Preferences: Ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a superb editor, with demonstrated service orientation and diplomacy; the ability to multi-task; be highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to synthesize complex sources of information and prepare proposals. Demonstrates decisiveness and sound judgment in decision making and use of University resources. Ideal candidate will be an inquisitive and entrepreneurial professional motivated by the opportunity to build a vision and strategy for industry relations and Limbitless Solutions Inc. Some regional and national travel/overnight travel; Experience in Microsoft Office programs and use of databases.
