Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Development is responsible for establishing an ongoing operational plan to successfully support the camp’s $4 million plus annual revenue budget and ensuring the necessary infrastructure is in place to support efficient and effective achievement of annual fundraising goals, including; department systems, processes, policies and procedures. Key areas of responsibility include: annual fund strategies/tactics, digital fundraising, oversight for marketing & communications, database management and development administrative support.  The position is responsible for the daily operations of the development department and will directly supervise 2 FTE’s.  ( Contact for a copy of the full job description) Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree. Five or more years’ experience with non-profits and demonstrated track record Strong project management skills, detail oriented, organizational and problem solving skills Demonstrated hands-on experience, results oriented with proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal communication and team-building skills Strong skills in diplomacy, maintaining confidentiality, customer service, and professionalism Excellent written communication skills to include conceptual copywriting and editing Experience with media relations, web management, and graphic design Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications   Experience with Raisers Edge
