Position Title:                    Thriving in Place Program Manager Position Classification:   Full Time Permanent Reports to:                          Executive Director Responsibilities: Thriving in Place Program General Serve as the primary point of contact for seniors in Celebration or their family members who have interest in Thriving Work with Thriving Advisory Board to ensure various aspects of program operation and development Ensure space is set for Thriving programs and activities including tables, chairs, coffee, lunch, etc. Oversee Thriving Provider Program Maintain records which includes the collection of data related to donor and member engagement Oversee excursions and other Thriving activities within and outside of Celebration Oversee Thriving weekly, monthly activities and calendar Oversee Thriving newsletter and weekly communication to members Assist with the goal of financial sustainment for the program Retention of Members and Volunteers Work with Volunteer Coordinator to manage recruitment, screening, training and scheduling of volunteers necessary for Thriving service implementation Reach out to members regarding services to modify program as needed Coordinate Community Growth and Outreach Work with Florida Hospital Celebration Health to coordinate services Follow up with faculty of UCF to support survey information Develop collaboration among the various activities and services currently existing for seniors in Celebration and surrounding area Develop collaboration between Thriving and Celebration civic and service groups, faith-based organizations and other groups to promote community awareness and support Garner support for the program through corporate and donor engagement Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Experience in healthcare field or working with senior citizens preferred. Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills Excellent Word and MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of CRM software Able to travel within Central Fl.  Occasional evening and weekend work required as needed Demonstrated expertise with Interpersonal Skills Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships Strong communication skills that show empathy Ability to mediate issues in a constructive manner Proven leadership ability with a senior population Excellent listening skills and a pro-active style that builds trust
