The Annual Campaign & Digital Fundraising Manager is responsible for all efforts required in strategy development, identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and fulfillment of the Dr. Phillips Center’s Annual Luminary Donor Program, as well as all other activities focused on digital/online fundraising. This position has an annual fundraising goal of at least $500,000. The Annual Campaign & Digital Fundraising Manager will carry out the tactical implementation of new, renewed, and reinstated Luminary Donor deliverables, as well as lead targeted outreach to secure annual support of the Arts For Every Life® campaign. •Achieve an annual fundraising goal of at least $500,000.  Secure new Annual Luminary Donors ($95 and above); cultivate existing Luminary Donors for annual renewals and reinstate lapsed Luminary Donors; as well as capitalize on opportunities to increase donation level with a goal of moving the Luminary Donor into Major Giving through moves-management.   •Establish high quality records management and customer service for existing and potential luminary donors. •Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of luminary donor privileges and recognition, including collaborating with other departments. •Manage a portfolio of 5,000+ prospects and existing donors.  Establish and maintain personal contact and relationships with Donors. •Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward Annual Luminary Donors with the capacity to give up to $5,000 with a focus on contributions to the annual Arts For Every Life® campaign. •Manage outreach efforts for all Annual Luminary Donor printed collateral, appeals, digital campaigns, giveaways and social media initiatives.  •Serve as the Front of House liaison for Annual Luminary Donors by working with the Box Office/Guest Services teams to increase luminary donations and resolve donor issues. •Plan and execute luminary-only events in coordination with multiple internal departments.
